Comprehensive manufacturer warranty coverage for HYDRION water purification and desalination systems across KSA.
1. Warranty Coverage Period
HYDRION Water Solutions warrants all original water treatment systems against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service:
- 2-Year Comprehensive Electrical & Mechanical Warranty: Covers high-pressure booster pumps, smart digital controllers, solenoid valves, and UV sterilizer ballasts.
- 5-Year Structural Housing & Pressure Vessel Warranty: Covers FRP pressure vessels, stainless steel frames, and storage tanks against structural manufacturing defects.
- 1-Year Installation Workmanship Guarantee: Covers all piping, fittings, and connections installed by certified HYDRION technicians.
2. Consumables & Exclusions
Consumable filtration media (sediment cartridges, activated carbon blocks, RO membranes, and antiscalant chemicals) have a service life dependent on feed-water quality (TDS, hardness, chlorine levels) and are covered against initial manufacturing defects for 30 days from installation.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Operation outside specified feed-water pressure or temperature limits.
- Unauthorized modification, third-party repairs, or use of non-genuine filters.
- Electrical surges or improper power supply connection.
